How ClinIQ Lecture Lab collects, uses, and protects your information.
We collect the information you provide when you use ClinIQ Lecture Lab: your name and email address when you create an account, the lecture files and study material you upload, and the answers, scores, and progress data generated as you study. If you contact us, we keep the message you send so we can reply to you.
Your uploaded lectures are used to generate your personalized learning path, NCLEX-style practice questions, study guides, and Socratic tutoring sessions. Your account information is used to run your account, remember your progress, and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your lecture content to advertise to you.
Files you upload are stored privately and are accessible only to you and, in aggregated form, to the platform features that generate your study material. You can delete a lecture at any time from your lecture library, which removes its stored file and generated material. Please only upload material you have the right to use — such as your own notes or lectures provided to you by your program.
We share your information only with the service providers that help us run the platform (such as hosting, payment processing, and AI processing partners), and only as needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
We keep your information while your account is active. You may delete your uploaded material at any time. If you would like your account and associated data deleted, contact us through the contact page and we will process your request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls that keep your uploaded lectures visible only to your account. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page and we will respond in a reasonable timeframe.
If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you through the app or by email before the change takes effect. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
