The ground rules for using ClinIQ Lecture Lab.
By creating an account or using ClinIQ Lecture Lab, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old, and if you are under 18, you may use the service only with the permission of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Provide accurate information when registering, and let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
You may use ClinIQ Lecture Lab only for lawful study purposes. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, attempt to access another user's data, share your account credentials, or use the service to violate any law, school policy, or the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.
You keep ownership of the lectures, notes, and other material you upload. By uploading it, you give us the limited permission needed to process it — extracting text, generating study material, and powering your tutoring sessions. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not share it with other users.
ClinIQ Lecture Lab is a study aid, not medical advice. The practice questions, study guides, tutoring, and clinical cases it generates are for educational purposes only and may contain errors or omissions. Nothing in the app should be used as a substitute for your instructors, your program's curriculum, or professional clinical judgment. Always verify important information against authoritative sources.
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled, and you can cancel at any time from your account. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We work to keep the service available, but we cannot promise uninterrupted access. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by email.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ClinIQ Lecture Lab and its team are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, or for any reliance on the educational content it generates.
Questions about these terms? Reach us any time through the contact page and we will get back to you.
